Our Cafés are now off for the summer break, returning in August, but before we finished, we held a special birthday celebration for one of our café friends who is turning 100 this month.
This is a first for the Living Well Café, so we had to mark the occasion with a wee party complete with balloons, party food, pass-the-parcel, a hokey cokey, a look at some famous people who were born in 1926 along with some pictures of our birthday girl over the years, and of course lots of singing & dancing too.
Jeanette & Linda visited on the day and treated us to one of their songs too. A great day was had by all, and we wish Doreen a very happy birthday when it comes.
